FROZEN STRAWBERRY SALAD
(West Side cookbook, Mary Grice)
Serves 12.
48 small marshmallows
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 small pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. pecans
Pour fruit and juice over marshmallows. Whip cream and fold into marshmellows. Add strawberries and pecans and pour into dish. Freeze. Cut into squares and serve.
