UMMM, POTATO SOUP
6 medium to large white potatoes
2 cans chicken broth
1 can water
1 c. chopped celery
1 large white onion, chopped
1/2 stick margarine
2 cups half & half
1 lb. velveeta cheese
1 T. chopped dill or other fav. herb
Peel and cube potatoes. In large pot put potates, chicken broth, 1 can water, celery, onion and margarine. Cook pototoes until tender then add cheese and cream.
