GRANDMA WABLE'S HAM
I got this recipe from Amy Gibbons who got it from her husbands grandma.
Take one Superior Boneless Roaster. Cover with a paste of:
1 c. dark brown sugar and enough Jack Daniels horse radish mustard to make a thick paste.
Roast at 350 degrees for 30 min.
Spread mixture, cover and bake for up to 1 and a half hours. Baste every 15 min.
Brown at the end.
These are my favorite recipes! But as "test kitchen" suggests, I like to experiment. As I discover improvements, the recipes change.
